This ham has a delicious balsamic, honey, citrus glaze that perfect for a holiday dinner.
Ingredients
- Bone-in ham (about 10 pounds)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Traditional Aged Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons grainy mustard
- 1 orange, juiced and zested
- 1/2 cup honey
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 325 degrees
- Add the ham to a roasting pan. Add 1 cup of water to the bottom of the pan and cover the pan with foil. Bake the ham for 2 hours.
- Make the glaze by mixing the sugar, vinegar, mustard, orange zest and juice, and honey in a bowl.
- Uncover the ham and brush the glaze over ham. Baste every 10 minutes for another 30 minutes.
- Remove the ham from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
