This is one of the tastiest ways to eat a chicken. Coated in a herbs and lemon and cooked standing over a beer can. Yum!
Ingredients

1 whole chicken

2 tablespoons Garlic Herb seasoning

Zest of 1 lemon

1 can of beer
Instructions

Heat the grill to 400 degrees (Med/High).

Mix the garlic herb seasoning and lemon zest together and coat all over the chicken, including under the skin.

Empty half of the beer, place on a sheet pan, then place the chicken over the beer can so it rests in the cavity.

Grill for 1 hour until cooked to an internal temp of 165 degrees. Rest for 10 minutes before removing the beer can (carefully) and slicing.
