These 10 minute crispy pork chops are a family staple. It is so easy, so good and the kids gobble these up. They are great served with buttered noodles, mashed potatoes, or a simple salad.

6-8 boneless thin cut pork chops, about 1/2 inch thick

2 cups Panko bread crumbs

2 tablespoons Koroneiki Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium high heat
