This is a simple flavorful grilled chicken perfect for summer.
Ingredients
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breast (or thighs)
- 3 tablespoons Garlic Fused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Tomato Basil Aged Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Bruschetta Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Mediterranean Cyprus Flake Salt
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1/4 cup basil
Instructions
- Heat the grill to high
- In a small bowl mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil with the balsamic vinegar and bruschetta seasoning. Spread over the chicken.
- Grill for 5 minutes per side until cooked through.
- While the chicken is grilling, mix the tomatoes, basil, salt and remaining 1 tablespoon of garlic olive oil.
- Top the grilled chicken with the tomatoes and enjoy!
