This ribeye is rubbed with our delicious Steak Rub and topped with a yummy charred jalapeno butter.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless ribeyes
- 1 tablespoon Steak Rub
- 4 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- 1 jalapeno
- 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Heat the grill on high heat
- Rub the steaks with the steak rub and marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature
- Add the steaks and jalapeno to the grill. Grill for about 6 minutes per side until the steaks are medium rare and the jalapeno is charred and tender. Remove the steaks from the grill and rest for 10 minutes.
- While the steaks rest make the jalapeno butter. Remove the stem from the jalapeno and chop finely chop the jalapeno. Add to the butter with the juice of half a lime and a teaspoon of salt. Mix well.
- Top the steaks with the jalapeno butter and enjoy!
