These are the easiest, fudgiest, most perfect brownies.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Arbequina Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Mediterranean Cyprus Flake Salt
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment.
- In a large bowl mix the olive oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add in the flour, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips and mix to combine.
- Pour the batter the baking dish. Bake for 35 minutes. Sprinkle the flaky sea salt on top once out of the oven and let cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
