These are the easiest, fudgiest, most perfect brownies.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Arbequina Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Mediterranean Cyprus Flake Salt
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment.
- In a large bowl mix the olive oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add in the flour, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips and mix to combine.
- Pour the batter the baking dish. Bake for 35 minutes.
- Sprinkle the flaky sea salt on top once out of the oven. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
