Herb garlic mayo and balsamic marinated tomatoes take this BLT to the next level!
Ingredients
- 4 slices of sourdough bread
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 6 slices of bacon
- 4 leaves of iceberg lettuce
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup Traditional Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Mediterranean Medley Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped basil
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions

Mix half the herbs, balsamic vinegar and olive oil in a bowl and toss with the sliced tomatoes

Mix the mayo, garlic salt and remaining herbs together

Cook the bacon slices until just crisp

Toast the bread

Assemble the perfect BLT by slathering the mayo on both sides of bread, adding the bacon, marinated tomatoes and lettuce
