Craveable chicken tenders coated in crushed pretzels and served with honey mustard.
Ingredients
Chicken Tenders
- 3 cups pretzels, crushed
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon Pub Fries
- 1/2 cup Grapeseed Oil
Honey Mustard
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Add the oil to a skillet and heat over medium high.
- In a shallow bowl, add the crushed pretzels and bread crumbs. In second shallow bowl add the eggs and Pub Fries seasoning and whisk to combine. In a third shallow bowl add the flour.
- Coat each chicken tender with the flour, then egg, then the pretzels. Add to the oil and fry for 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and place on a tray with a wire rack. Repeat for all the chicken tenders.
- While the chicken tenders cook, make the honey mustard by mixing the mayo, dijon mustard, honey, apple cider, salt and pepper.
- Serve the chicken tenders with the honey mustard and enjoy!
