This is one of my favorite ways to prepare green beans where the flavorful olive oil and balsamic vinegar does the heavy lifting. Double this recipe if you're cooking for a crowd!
Ingredients
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 1 shallot, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons Mediterranean Medley Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Aged White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Herb seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 425 degrees
- Mix the olive oil, vinegar, mustard, Garlic Herb seasoning, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Add the green beans and shallots ot a roasting dish and toss with the oil mixture.
- Roast for 30 minutes.
- Squeeze lemon over and serve.
Takes 35 minutes
