This is such a simple and flavorful weeknight dinner. Chicken is cooked with salsa verde, shredded and layered in a taco. Yum!
Ingredients

1 pound chicken breasts

1 jar salsa verde

1 cup cotija cheese

4 radishes, chopped

1 lime, quartered

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

tortilla shells
Instructions

Heat oven to 425 degrees

Add the chicken to a baking dish and pour the salsa verde over the chicken. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes until cooked through. Remove from the oven and shred the chicken.

Heat the tortilla shells in the oven or over the stove.

Assemble the taco by layering chicken then topping with cheese, radish and cilantro. Serve with limes.
