This flavorful, simple dish comes together in 15 minutes and is amazing for leftovers.
Ingredients
- 1 pound pork tenderloin
- 2 teaspoons ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 cup cooked rice
Instructions

Cut pork into bit sized pieces and toss with salt and pepper. Let sit for 5-10 minutes.

Heat oils in skillet on high heat. Add the pork and cook 3-4 minutes per side until just cooked through (should be slightly pink).

Serve with cilantro, jalapeño, lime and rice
