This fajita mix of chicken, peppers, and onions are amazingly flavorful and ridiculously easy to make. Top with cheese, sour cream, avocado and lime for a perfect bite.
Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup Fajita Seasoning
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 limes, 1 juiced, 1 cut into wedges
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 red bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons Jalapeno Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- Flour tortilla shells
- Shredded cheese and sour cream
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

In a large bowl toss chicken, red bell pepper, onions, fajita seasoning, juice of 1 lime, and oil

Transfer to sheet pan and cook 25 minutes

Heat tortilla shells in oven or on stove

Add the chicken, pepper and onion mix to a tortilla shell and top with cheese, sour cream, avocado, cilantro and lime (or toppings of choice)
Takes 30 minutes
