Sheet Pan Ravioli - Olive Branch Oil & Spice

Sheet Pan Ravioli

This baked ravioli is such a treat! A tasty sauce is layered with ravioli and lots of cheese then baked until crisp.


  • 2 packages cheese ravioli

  • 1 pound Italian sausage

  • 1 jar marinara sauce

  • 4 cups mozzarella cheese

  • 2 tablespoons Arbequina olive oil (or any varietal)

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Heat the olive oil in a saute pan over medium heat. Add the sausage and cooked until browned. Add the jar of sauce and simmer for a few minutes.

  3. Add a layer of sauce to a sheet pan. Top with a layer of the ravioli. Top the ravioli with the remaining sauce then top with cheese. Bake for 15 minutes until the ravioli is cooked through and the cheese is golden brown.

Takes 30 minutes
