This is a super easy, super delicious sheet pan dinner. Chicken tossed with garlic, honey and sumac and roasted with sweet potatoes and layered in pita with lemony yogurt.
Ingredients

1 pound boneless chicken, cut into strips

1 sweet potato, cut into strips

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 teaspoons sumac

1/4 cup Garlic Olive Oil

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 lemon, juiced

pita or naan for serving
Instructions

Heat oven to 425 degrees.

In a small bowl mix the garlic, sumac, 2 tablespoons oil, honey, salt and pepper together.

One one side of a sheet pan add the chicken and toss with the sumac mixture. To the other side, add the sweet potato and toss with the remaining oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Transfer to the oven and cook for 25 minutes.

While the chicken cooks mix the yogurt and lemon juice.

Serve the chicken and potato with pita and yogurt sauce.
