Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters

We purposefully developed these bitters as a bridge between the bold flavors of American whiskey and the aromatic complexity of sweet vermouth. Woodsy and aromatic, each dash has a rustic aroma of charred oak, marzipan, and star anise. Almond-esque mahlab from India dances with the woodsy dryness of wild American cherry bark and the sweet warmth of vanilla bean, stepping back in time toward the golden age of cocktail innovation.
