Reclaimed Charcuterie Board

Beautiful charcuterie boards made from reclaimed lumber from a 1947 Minnesota barn. Each board is one of a kind. Measurements vary but typically range: 3 1/2" to 5 1/2" Wide & 14" to 16". Sealed with cutting board oil.

History of the salvaged wood: Constructed in 1947, the barn was made from the clear cutting or use of trees that were on the land. Species include: Oaks (Red & White), Maples (Silver, Sugar, Birdseye), American Elm, Boxelder, Poplar, and Pine. Most of the trees started growing in the late 1800s and some as early as late 1700s, early 1800s according to the widths of some species.
