This is a piece of hand cut honeycomb from Southern Minnesota. The main nectar source in this area is sweet clover and basswood/linden. Both nectar sources create a very light colored honey. There is a natural variance in the thickness of the comb. Honeycomb is 100% edible and a very awesome addition to any grazing table or charcuterie board.
