Jamaican Jerk

Jamaican Jerk seasoning is the island's spicy rub for chicken and pork. Jerking is the technique of poking small holes in meat to infuse it with flavor. Our version is hand blended from onion, garlic, parsley, paprika, allspice, red pepper flakes, thyme, cumin, nutmeg, cinnamon, brown sugar, salt and pepper.
