Organic Rice Vinegar

This artisan organic rice vinegar has a smooth, slightly sweet, umami rich flavor. Unlike mass produced rice vinegar that is brewed for a shorter duration and using artificial processes, this organic rice vinegar has been naturally brewed and made with only organic rice. As a result, it is less acidic than mass produced rice vinegars, and does not need to be diluted with water as much.
