Tart Cherry Siren Shrub

These blossomed beauties are bountiful in the Wisconsin summer season. Sun-soaked to perfection, door county cherries give this shrub a tangy yet slightly-sweet palate. Bright, tart, and oh so refreshing. Made of three simple, clean ingredients: tart cherries (Seaquist Orchards), organic apple cider vinegar, and organic cane sugar 

Just add one part shrub mixer with 2 parts spirits and 3 parts juice/tonic water or other mixers. One bottle makes 12-16 recipes.
