Baked Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Who wouldn’t want cheesy, gooey, warm spinach and artichoke dip for dinner? This comes together so easily with four different kinds of cheese, artichokes and fresh spinach and served with baked pita chips.


  • 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temp

  • 1/2 cup mayo

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 1/2 cup shredded fontina

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped

  • 4 ounces spinach

  • 2 cloves garlic, grated

  • Pita bread

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. In a bowl mix together the cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, parmesan, 1/2 cup mozzarella, fontina, garlic, artichokes, spinach, salt and pepper. Transfer to a small baking dish.

  3. Cut the pita bread into triangles and place on sheet pan. Brush olive oil on bread and sprinkle with garlic powder and a pinch of salt.

  4. Bake the dip and bread for 20 minutes. Take the pita chips out then put the broiler on until the dip is nice and golden brown.

Takes 30 minutes

Serves 4-6
