Seriously satisfying thick cut pork chops glazed with balsamic, honey and garlic.
Ingredients
- 2 large bone in pork chops
- 1/2 cup Traditional Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1 tablespoon Koroneiki Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat grill to 500 degrees and season the pork chops with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- In a small pot add the vinegar, honey, and garlic and simmer until reduced by a third.
- When the grill is ready, cook the pork chops for 7 minutes. Flip and glaze with the balsamic reduction. Cook for another 7-10 minutes until just cooked through and top with more of the reduction.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
