These barbecue beef sliders are perfect for a family get together or for saving leftover sandwiches for the week! Chuck roast cooked low and slow shredded and tossed with barbecue sauce then layered in brioche buns and topped with garlic herb butter.
Ingredients

4 pounds chuck roast, cut into 3 chunks

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon smoked hot paprika

2 teaspoons allspice

1 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon pepper

2 cups beef broth
-
2 tablespoons Koroneiki Olive Oil

1 cup barbecue sauce

12 brioche sliders
-
4 tablespoons butter, room temperature

2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

1 garlic clove, grated

Minced onion and pickles for serving
Instructions

Heat oven to 300 degrees

Mix the spices, salt and pepper together and rub all over the beef

In a large dutch oven heat oil over medium high heat. Sear the beef on all sides. Add the beef broth, cover and transfer to the oven. Cook for 3-4 hours until tender.

Remove the beef from the pot and drain most of the liquid. Place the beef back in the pot and shred with two forks. Toss with the barbecue sauce.

Increase heat on oven to 450 degrees.

Mix together the butter, garlic and herbs.

Cut the sliders in half and place the bottom on a sheet pan. Top with the barbecue beef and add the top. Spread the butter on the top of the buns and place in the oven for about 5 minutes until the buns are crisp.

Serve with minced onions and pickles.
