This is a simple and delicious stir fry with chicken, lots of black pepper, garlic, ginger, soy, onions and bell pepper.
Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 4 cloves of garlic, grated
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Grapeseed Oil
- Rice for serving

In a large bowl mix together the cornstarch, pepper and salt. Add the chicken and toss to coat.

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 5 minutes per side. Add the bell pepper and onions and cook for another 5 minutes until just tender.

Mix the soy sauce, honey, ginger and garlic together. Pour over the chicken and vegetables and cook for another 3 minutes.

Serve with rice.
