Blue Cheese Butter Ribeye

The name says it all this ribeye is topped with blue cheese butter - so good!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Season steaks with salt and pepper

  2. Heat oven to 500 degrees

  3. Heat cast iron pan over medium high heat. Add the steaks and cook for 2 minutes per side. Then add 2 tablespoons butter to the pan and transfer to the hot oven. Cook for another 30 minutes. Remove the steaks from the pan and tent with foil to rest. 
  4. Mix 4 tablespoons butter and blue cheese together. Top the steaks with the blue cheese butter and enjoy.

Takes 20 minutes
