2 boneless ribeye steaks

6 tablespoons butter

4 tablespoons blue cheese

1 teaspoon Mediterranean Cyprus Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions

Season steaks with salt and pepper

Heat oven to 500 degrees
- Heat cast iron pan over medium high heat. Add the steaks and cook for 2 minutes per side. Then add 2 tablespoons butter to the pan and transfer to the hot oven. Cook for another 30 minutes. Remove the steaks from the pan and tent with foil to rest.
- Mix 4 tablespoons butter and blue cheese together. Top the steaks with the blue cheese butter and enjoy.
