This is a super flavorful, easy and satisfying dish.
Ingredients
- 1 head of broccoli, chopped
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon sichuan peppercorn, crushed or ground
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the sichuan, soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, honey, garlic and ginger.
- Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the broccoli and onion and saute for a 5 minutes. Toss with the sauce and saute for another 5 minutes until tender.
- Serve over rice and enjoy!
