These wings are brined in a spicy buttermilk and grilled to perfection. Perfect for game day!
Ingredients

3 pounds chicken wings

4 cups buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons Hot Chicken seasoning
- 1/4 cup pickle juice

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

celery, carrots, blue cheese dressing, and buffalo sauce for serving
Instructions

In a bowl mix together the buttermilk, Hot Chicken seasoning, pickle juice and Worcestershire.

Add the chicken wings to a large ziploc bag and pour the buttermilk mixture over the chicken. Brine for at least 6 hours to overnight.

Heat grill to 350 degrees. Remove the wings from the marinade and grill for about 8 minutes per side until charred and cooked through.

Serve with vegetables and dipping sauces of choice.
