These shrimp are marinated in calabrian chiles, garlic, parsley and lemon and grilled to perfection. Great served over pasta or just on their own.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup calabrian chiles
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 lemon, zested and wedged
- 2 tablespoons Meyer Lemon Fused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper

Mix the parsley, chiles, garlic, lemon zest, olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Toss with the shrimp. Marinade for 15 minutes (or as long as you have time for).

Heat grill to high. Grill the shrimp for a few minutes per side until cooked through.
