Nothing beats a simple, perfect caprese salad!
Ingredients
- 2 heirloom tomatoes, sliced
- 1 ball mozzarella, sliced
- 1/2 cup basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon Mediterranean Cyprus Flake Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons Nocellara del Belice Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Premiere Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
- Arrange the tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil on a platter.
- Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar. Top with a flaky sea salt and pepper.
Takes 10 minutes
