Addictively delicious granola!
Ingredients
- 2 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Black Cherry Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/3 cup Vanilla Bean Olive Oil
- 3/4 cup dried cherries
Instructions
- Heat oven to 300 degrees
- Mix the oats, nuts, salt and coconut together in a large bowl.
- Add the sugar, syrup, vinegar and olive oil to a saucepan. Mix and heat over low heat for 5 minutes until the sugar is dissolved. Fold in the oat mixture and mix well to coat.
- Pour the oat mixture on to a large baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Remove from the oven and stir in the cherries. Let cool to room temperature.
Takes 1 hour
Makes about 6 cups of granola
