Incredibly delicious, fast and easy creamy gnocchi with Italian sausage and sundried tomatoes
Ingredients
- 1 pound Italian sausage, casing removed
- 1 onion, grated
- 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 12 oz gnocchi
- 1 tablespoon Tuscan Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Sundried Tomato, Parmesan and Garlic Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage and saute until browned. Add the onion, sundried tomatoes, and Tuscan seasoning stir and saute for 5 minutes.
- Add the gnocchi to the skillet and saute until the gnocchi begin to crisp. Stir in the white wine, scraping the bottom of the skillet to release any browned bits. Simmer for 2 minutes until the white wine has slightly reduced. Stir in the chicken stock, cream, parmesan cheese and butter. Stir and simmer for until 3 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
