Delicious, easy, classic buffalo wings
Ingredients
- 4 pounds chicken wings, drummies and flats separated
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon
Hot Chicken - 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoon butter
- Ranch, blue cheese dressing, celery and carrots for serving
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 400 degrees
- Toss the wings with baking powder and hot chicken seasoning. Place a wire rack on a baking sheet and place the chicken wings on the rack. Bake the wings for 45 minutes until cooked through.
- Add the hot sauce, honey and butter to a small pot. Place on the stove over medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes until slightly reduced.
- When the wings are cooked add the buffalo sauce to a bowl and toss with the wings to coat. Return the wings to the sheet pan and broil for 5 minutes.
- Serve with ranch, blue cheese dressing and vegetables
