A delicious tomato salad that levels up a classic caprese salad with the addition of blue cheese stuffed olives and capers.
Ingredients
- 3 heirloom tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 cup mozzarella pearls
- 1/2 cup basil leaves
- 3 tablespoons Mediterranean Medley Fused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Traditional Aged Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Mediterranean Cyprus Flake Salt
- 1 cup blue cheese stuffed olives
- 1 tablespoon capers
Instructions
- Add the tomatoes to a large bowl or platter and toss with the olive oil and flaky sea salt. Mix in the mozzarella, olives, and capers.
- Top with basil and drizzle all over with balsamic vinegar.
