This is a easy and super flavor dish inspired by Chinese Dan Dan noodles.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces Chinese egg noodles or ramen
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 onion, grated
- 2 tablespoons
Toasted Sesame Oil - 1 head bok choy, chopped
- 1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoons Tahini
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons chili crunch
- 4 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook noodles per instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and saute for 3 minutes. Add the ground pork and saute for 5 minutes until browned. Stir in the chili crisp and bok choy. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes then turn the heat to low.
- In bowl, mix the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, tahini and chicken stock. Whisk to combine then stir into the pork. Toss with the cooked noodles and top with green onions.
