Spicy Salmon Bowl

This delicious bowl is filled with spicy, crispy salmon, cucumber and edamame salad, rice and avocado.

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. 
  2. Add the salmon pieces to a large bowl and mix with 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil, everything bagel seasoning and korean chile flakes. Place on a sheet pan and cook for 10 minutes. 
  3. While the salmon cooks, assemble the salad. Mix 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil, honey ginger balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, mayo and sriracha. Toss with the cucumbers and edamame.  
  4. Place the rice, cucumber salad and avocado in a bowl. Top with the salmon and green onion. 

Takes 15 minutes

Serves 2-4
