These are a family favorite and amazingly easy turkey burger that gets a through busy weeknights.
Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey

1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon steak sauce

1/2 onion, grated

1 cup alfalfa sprouts

2 tablespoons mayo
-
4 slices swiss cheese

4 buns
-
2 tablespoons Garlic Olive Oil

1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions

In a large bowl mix the turkey, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup steak sauce together. Divide the mixture into 4 patties.

In a large skillet heat olive oil over medium high heat. Add the patties to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes per side. Add the swiss cheese and cover to melt.

While the burgers cook mix together the mayo and 1 tablespoon steak sauce.

To assemble the burgers, add some steak sauce mayo to the bun, add the burger and top with sprouts.
Takes 15 minutes
