These grilled steak and mushroom skewers are a quick and flavorful dinner with a killer marinade of soy, sesame, garlic, and brown sugar.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless ribeyes, cut into bite sized pieces
- 8 ounces button mushrooms
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, grated
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 cup rice, cooked

Heat grill to high

In a large bowl mix the brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar and olive oil. Add the steak and mushrooms and marinade for at least 15 minutes.

Add the steak and mushrooms to a skewer and place on the grill for 6 minutes per side until the steak is medium rare and the mushrooms are tender.

Serve over rice and top with cilantro.
