This easy fried pork chop is schnitzelish and delicious. Pork cutlets are pounded thin, dredged in panko and fried to perfection.
Ingredients

4 boneless pork cutlets

1 cup flour

2 cups panko breadcrumbs

2 eggs

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon pepper

4 cups peanut oil for frying

1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions

Heat oven to 200 degrees.

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium high heat.

Place the flour, egg, and breadcrumbs in three separate shallow dishes. Season the flour with the salt and pepper and add the Worcestershire to the egg.

Cover the pork with plastic and pound thin. Dredge the pork in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb. When the oil is ready fry the pork for about 4 minutes per side until golden brown. Set on a wire rack over a sheet pan and place in the oven to keep warm until all the pork is cooked.

Serve with lemon.
