This ribeye is rubbed with ginger and garlic and simply grilled. Perfect alongside Spicy Green Beans
Ingredients
- 2 boneless ribeyes
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Fused Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Heat the grill to 500 degrees

Mix the ginger, garlic, salt, pepper and oil together and rub all over the steaks

Grill 6 minutes per side until cooked to medium rare. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing and enjoy.
