These addictive green beans are my favorite. They are spicy, flavorful and fast - great on the side of a simple steak.
Ingredients

1 pound green beans, trimmed

2 tablespoons sambal oelek or Sriracha

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1/2 cup chicken stock or dry white wine

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon avocado oil
Instructions

Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in skillet

Add green beans, salt and pepper and cook 2-3 minutes

Coat green beans with sambal oelek and soy sauce

Add chicken stock and partially cover until just tender, about 10 minutes

Add 1 tablespoon butter, mix and serve
Takes 15 minutes
