If you’ve never had good cabbage before try this! Wedges of savoy cabbage are grilled to perfection and served with grilled sausage, pickles, mustard, and bread.
Ingredients

1 pound kielbasa, cut into pieces

1 savoy cabbage, cut into wedges

2 tablespoons Hojiblanca Olive Oil

1/4 cup dijon mustard

1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons grated parmesan

Pickles and bread for serving
Instructions

Preheat grill to high and bring a pot of water to a boil

Blanche the savoy cabbage in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Drain and place on a sheet pan.

Toss the cabbage with olive oil, salt and pepper and coat with dijon mustard.

Grill the cabbage and kielbasa about 5 minutes per side.

Serve with mustard and bread.
