Grilled Cabbage with Kielbasa - Olive Branch Oil & Spice

If you’ve never had good cabbage before try this! Wedges of savoy cabbage are grilled to perfection and served with grilled sausage, pickles, mustard, and bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa, cut into pieces

  • 1 savoy cabbage, cut into wedges

  • 2 tablespoons Hojiblanca Olive Oil 

  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan

  • Pickles and bread for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to high and bring a pot of water to a boil

  2. Blanche the savoy cabbage in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Drain and place on a sheet pan.

  3. Toss the cabbage with olive oil, salt and pepper and coat with dijon mustard.

  4. Grill the cabbage and kielbasa about 5 minutes per side.

  5. Serve with mustard and bread.

Takes 20 minutes
