This salmon is so easy and ridiculously flavorful from the miso crust. Real review from my family - “What is this flavor? Miso? Oooh, miso yummy!”
Ingredients

1 pound salmon filet

2 tablespoons butter, room temperature

1/4 cup white miso

12 ounce green beans, trimmed

2 teaspoons ginger, grated

1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions

Heat oven to 450 degrees

Mix the butter and miso together. Put the salmon on a sheet pan and spread the miso butter over the salmon. Add the green beans and toss with sesame oil and ginger. Top everything with pinch of salt and pepper.

Roast for 15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and the green beans are tender.
Takes 20 minutes
