Honey Mustard Pork Chop

These pork chop is grilled and glazed with a delicious honey mustard sauce.


  • 2 large bone in pork chops

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


  1. Preheat grill to 500 degrees and season the pork chops with olive oil, salt and pepper.

  2. In a small pot add the honey, mustard, butter, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and simmer until reduced by a third.

  3. When the grill is ready, cook the pork chops for 7 minutes. Flip and glaze with the honey mustard reduction. Cook for another 7-10 minutes until cooked through and top with more of the honey mustard.

  4. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
