These pork chop is grilled and glazed with a delicious honey mustard sauce.
Ingredients

2 large bone in pork chops

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon Koroneiki Olive Oil

1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions

Preheat grill to 500 degrees and season the pork chops with olive oil, salt and pepper.

In a small pot add the honey, mustard, butter, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and simmer until reduced by a third.

When the grill is ready, cook the pork chops for 7 minutes. Flip and glaze with the honey mustard reduction. Cook for another 7-10 minutes until cooked through and top with more of the honey mustard.

Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
