This chicken slathered in a spicy honey pepper sauce is super fast, satisfying and far from boring.
Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sambal oelek or sriracha
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 cup rice, cooked
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, sliced
Instructions

In a small bowl mix together the honey, sambal, garlic, and soy sauce. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet heat sesame oil over medium high heat.

Add the chicken and saute for 7 minutes until browned and nearly cooked through. Add the sauce and toss to coat well. Cook for another few minutes until the chicken is cooked through.

Serve with rice, cilantro and jalapenos.
