These sliders are so easy, so delicious and great for lunch all week! Brioche sliders are layered with a spicy garlic mayo, topped with salami, pepperoni, and provolone then topped with butter and parmesan.
Ingredients

12 brioche slider buns

1/4 cup mayo

1 teaspoon granulated garlic

1 tablespoon Calabrian chiles, chopped

1/4 pound salami, sliced thin

1/4 pound pepperoni, sliced thin

6 slices provolone cheese

2 tablespoons butter, room temp

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Instructions

Heat oven to 400 degrees

In a small bowl mix together the mayo, garlic and chiles.

Slice the brioche slides in half and place on a sheet pan. On the bottom half spread the mayo, then all the salami, pepperoni and cheese. Place the other half on top. Spread the butter on the top of the bread and top with the parmesan cheese.

Place in the oven and cook for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Top with the parsley and enjoy!
Note: These are great straight from the fridge as leftovers.
