This is such a simple and ridiculously delicious way to eat your green beans. Fresh green beans are roasted and tossed with garlic, lemon juice, and parmesan.
Ingredients
- 3 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1/4 cup Koroneiki Green Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons parmesan, grated
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Place the green beans on a sheet pan and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Roast the green beans for about 15 minutes until they are tender. Toss with the freshly grated garlic, lemon juice and parmesan.
