This delicious dip comes together with just a few ingredients and a couple minutes. I love to use Italian Herb Olive Oil and Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar, but you can use any flavor combination.
Ingredients
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup
Italian Herb Infused Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
Lemon Aged White Balsamic Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Sel Gris - 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Bread for serving
Instructions
- Add the ricotta, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a dish and top with olive oil or honey. Serve with bread.
