These delicious sprouts are roasted with lemons and tossed with parmesan.
Ingredients

3 cups brussels sprouts, sliced

1 lemon, sliced

2 tablespoons Garlic Olive Oil

1/2 cup parmesan, grated

1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Put the sprouts and lemon on a sheet pan and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast for 10 minutes

After roasting top with lots of parmesan
Takes 15 minutes
