This meatloaf has so much flavor from lots of herbs and a tasty glaze.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 onion, grated
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 slices sandwich bread, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
Instructions

Heat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl add the ground beef, ground pork, tomato paste, onion, and garlic.

In a small bowl add the bread and milk and mash with a fork. Add the eggs, parsley, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper and mix well. Add to the meat mixture to combine.

Divide the meatloaf mixture in half and form into two loaves on a parchment lined sheet pan.

In a small bowl mix the ketchup, syrup and Worcestershire sauce together then add to the loaves.

Bake the meatloaf for 50-60 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
