This is a go to dish for sharing that is a snap to pull together and is so delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 container hummus
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, sliced
- 1 english cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup olives, sliced
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Koroneiki Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- pita chips or pita bread for serving
Instructions
- Spoon the hummus on a serving dish. Season the tomatoes and cucumbers with salt and pepper then layer on top of the hummus. Top with the olives, feta and dill.
- Drizzle the olive oil on top and serve with pita chips.
