This is a go to dish for sharing that is a super easy to pull together and is so delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 10 ounce container of plain hummus
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, sliced
- 1 english cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup olives, sliced
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons Koroneiki Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Italian Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Greek Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (optional)
- pita chips or bread for serving
Instructions
- Spoon the hummus on a serving dish.
- In a medium bowl, whisk the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and greek seasoning until combined. Add the tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and feta to the bowl. Toss to coat and spoon over the hummus. Top with fresh dill.
- Serve with pita chips.
